Sifnos (All Day)

Join us as we set sail from the marina of Platis Gialos, embarking on a full-day journey that explores the entire coastline of Sifnos—from serene bays and dramatic cliffs to quiet coves and untouched beaches. This is the Cyclades at its purest, seen from the sea.

Our day begins with a stop at the bay of Fykiada, where lush green hills meet deep blue waters. The peaceful beach and the quaint chapel of Agios Georgios Kontos create a postcard-perfect setting for your first swim.

Next, we visit Vathy Bay, a tranquil, wind-protected harbor dotted with seaside tavernas and boutique hotels. A favorite among sailing yachts, it’s an ideal spot to relax and soak up the island’s slower pace of life.

Continuing along the protected west coast (Natura 2000), we explore a series of secluded coves—Chochlaki, Vlychada, Tsocha, and Toso Nero—accessible only by sea or narrow footpaths. These remote hideaways are perfect for peaceful swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing in complete privacy.

We then pass the island’s main port, Kamares, a lively bay framed by dramatic cliffs and traditional Cycladic houses. From here, we head north to discover Yialoudia and Artimoni, tranquil beaches rarely visited by land travelers.

At Vroulidia, one of Sifnos’ most distinctive beaches, you’ll find pebbled shores, emerald waters, and a relaxed taverna scene—perfect for a leisurely lunch or refreshment stop.

From there, we round the northeastern tip of the island and begin exploring Sifnos’ eastern coastline, a side of the island known for its raw, untamed charm. Highlights include:

• Panagia Poulati, a white chapel perched above the rocks, offering dramatic views and a stunning photo opportunity.
• Kastro, the island’s ancient capital, with its steep cliffs and iconic architecture visible from the sea.
• Faros, a quaint fishing village tucked into a triple bay, ideal for a relaxed swim or snack stop.
• Apokofto Beach, with clear waters beneath the famous Chrysopigi Monastery, built on a rocky outcrop—one of the most photographed locations in the Cyclades.

As the sun begins to dip, we start our return toward Platis Gialos. For afternoon cruises, the finale is truly magical: a glowing Aegean sunset at sea, casting golden light across the horizon—a perfect closing moment to an extraordinary day.
